Direct Deposit

Points to note while making payments by Direct Deposit:

Take the advantage on anywhere anytime banking and deposit the amount by Cheque / DD in any of our following banks: -
HDFC Bank Current A/C No 07892000002599, or
ICICI Bank Current A/C No 127505000022, favoring 'AV Solutions' and send us an email at accounts@avsolutions.in intimating the amount & other details.
Note: This mode of payment can only be made by Cheque / DD.

3rd Party Transfer

Points to note while making payments by 3rd Party Transfer:

You can transfer the funds to us using Third Party Transfer facility through NEFT / RTGS mode. Bank charges, if any for the transfer must be borne by you.

The payment has to be deposited favoring 'AV Solutions', in our Current A/C No: 07892000002599 with HDFC Bank Ltd, 179, Santoshpur Avenue, Kolkata - 700075, INDIA. (HDFC Bank Ltd IFSC Code: HDFC0000789),
or the same can also be deposited in our Current A/C No: 127505000022 with ICICI Bank, Santoshpur Branch, Kolkata, INDIA. (ICICI Bank IFSC Code: ICIC0001275)

Please Note:

Bank charges, if any for the transfer must be borne by you.

Please send us the details of the Third Party Transfer, your Company name, Date, Originating Bank, Transfer Amount to accounts@avsolutions.in.

Payment by Cheque / Demand Draft

Points to note while making payments by cheque:

Please make your cheque in favor of AV Solutions for the chosen amount. Mention your Company Name alongside the Cheque covering letter.

Mail your cheque to the registered office address of the company.

Please Note:

If you are not in the city where our company is located, please send us payments by the other available options. Outstation Cheques will only be accepted if they are 'Payable at Par' in Kolkata, India.

Cheque payments will be credited to your account only once they have cleared and the amounts been credited to our Bank Account.

Wire Transfer

Points to note while making payments by Wire Transfer: Our clients outside India can send the payment to us via Wire Transfer. All the charges of the Wire Transfer must be borne by you. The payment has to be deposited favoring 'AV Solutions', in our Current A/C No: 07892000002599 with HDFC Bank Ltd, 179, Santoshpur Avenue, Kolkata - 700075, INDIA. (HDFC Bank Ltd Swift Code: HDFCINBBCAL, MICR No: 700240032).
