1. Direct Deposit
Points to note while making payments by Direct Deposit:
Take the advantage on anywhere anytime banking and deposit the amount in
our HDFC Bank Current A/C No 07892000000300 favoring 'AV Solutions' and send us an
email at
sales@avsolutions.in intimating the amount & other details. This payment can be made by Cheque / DD and deposited in any branch of HDFC Bank. In case of transfer via NEFT / RTGS mode, the IFSC code of our branch is HDFC0000789. The amount would
be taken into credit after verification from our bankers.

2. Payment by Cheque
Points to note while making payments by cheque:
Please make your cheque in favor of AV Solutions for the chosen amount. Mention your Company Name alongside the Cheque covering letter.
Mail your cheque to the registered office address of the company.
Please Note:
1. If you are not in the city where our company is located, please send us payments
by the other available options. Outstation Cheques will only be accepted if they
are 'Payable at Par' in Kolkata, India.
2. Cheque payments will be credited to your account only once they have cleared
and the amounts been credited to our Bank Account.

3. Payment by Demand Draft
Points to note while making payments by Demand Draft:
Please make your Demand Draft in favor of AV Solutions for the chosen amount. Mention your Company Name alongside the Demand Draft covering letter.
Mail your cheque to the registered office address

Points to note while making payments by Wire Transfer:
Our clients outside India can send the payment to us via Wire Transfer. All the charges of the
Wire Transfer must be borne by you.
