Cookie Policy
We only use analytics cookies if you say yes. Here's exactly what that means.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Your choice, and changing your mind
On your first visit, a small banner asks whether we can use analytics cookies. Accept and Decline are equally easy, and the website works exactly the same either way.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page, or here: . If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops straight away and we delete its cookies from your browser.
We ask again after a year, so your choice never goes stale.
What Google Analytics collects
If you accept, Google Analytics records, on our behalf:
- which pages you view, and for how long;
- how you arrived, e.g. from a search engine, a link or an advert;
- your approximate location (country and city), worked out from your internet connection;
- your type of device, browser, operating system and screen size.
We see this only as totals and trends, and don't use it to identify you. Google Analytics doesn't store your IP address, and we tell Google not to use the data for advertising or personalisation. The data is kept for at most 14 months.
Google processes this data for us as our service provider, and may do so in the United States or other countries. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can also block Google Analytics on every website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
When you send us a message or sign up
Sending our contact form or signing up for our newsletter doesn't set any cookies. The details you type are sent to us, and handled as our Privacy Policy describes.
Links to other websites
Our website links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Nothing from those services loads on our website. But when you click a link and go to one of them, that service may set its own cookies, under its own policy:
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp cookie policy
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn cookie policy
- Instagram: Instagram cookie policy
- YouTube: how Google uses cookies
Email and phone links open your own email or phone app, and don't involve cookies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal asking websites not to track you or sell your information. If yours does, we treat it as declining analytics: we don't show the banner and Google Analytics doesn't load, unless you choose to accept from “Cookie settings”. We never sell your information.
Managing cookies in your browser
The simplest way to control our cookies is “Cookie settings” above. Your browser also lets you see, block and delete cookies on any website:
If this changes
If we ever add other cookies or similar technologies, before we do we will:
- update this page, listing each cookie with who sets it, what it's for and how long it lasts;
- ask for your consent before using any cookie that isn't strictly necessary, with a clear choice where rejecting is as easy as accepting;
- let you change your mind at any time.
We'll also change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
