Our services and quotes

Our service pages describe what we typically offer. They aren't an offer or a contract. What we deliver, and at what price, timeline and terms, is set out in the written proposal or agreement we make with each client. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

We may change, add or stop offering services at any time. Job listings on our Careers page invite applications; they aren't offers of employment.

Illustrative examples

The animated dashboards, charts, campaigns and other visuals on our service pages are illustrations of the kind of work we do. Their company names, figures, people and results are made up for the example. They aren't real client data, and they aren't a prediction of the results you'll get.

No guaranteed results

The results of software, marketing and optimisation work depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your customers, your data and decisions made by third parties. So we don't guarantee specific outcomes, such as sales, leads, savings or growth.

In particular, search engines, advertising networks, marketplaces and social media platforms decide their own rankings, reach, approvals and costs, and change their rules often. Nobody can guarantee a particular position in Google or any other platform, and we never promise one.

Clients and testimonials

Our Clients page lists organisations we've worked with. Listing a client doesn't mean they endorse us or anything we say. Testimonials describe the personal experience of the client quoted; your own experience and results may be different.

This website mentions products, platforms and companies that belong to others, such as Google, WhatsApp, Tally, and the marketplaces and directories we list businesses on. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the services we provide with or for them. Apart from the Google Partner status described below, it doesn't mean we are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.

Our responsibilities to our clients are set out in our agreements with them, not in this disclaimer.

Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute about it. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

If part of this disclaimer doesn't apply

If a court decides that any part of this disclaimer can't be enforced, that part applies as far as the law allows, and the rest of the disclaimer still applies in full.
